【Overview】 ■ This is a system for preheating carbon fiber composite thermoplastic resin sheets and inserting them into an injection molding die. The sheets are chucked by a retrieval and transport mechanism, conveyed to the preheating device for heating, and then inserted into the injection molding die. ■ By hybrid molding with an online blend injection molding machine, this technology can be used to develop high productivity for molding lightweight and high-strength small molded products. ■ Components: Sheet heating device, injection molding machine, sheet retrieval and transport device. 【Main Examples】 ■ An automatic transport system for CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) molding using a multi-joint robot. ■ An automatic transport system for GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) molding using a multi-joint robot. 【Main Materials】 ■ CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) ■ GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) ■ GMT (glass mat reinforced thermoplastic) * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
